High confidence(1) [Belonging to the temple of the god Ašš]ur. Shalmaneser (I), vice-regent of the god Aššur, son of [Adad-nār]ārī (I), (who was) also vice-regent of the god Aššur, [made (it)] at [his] tākultu.
