Ashurbanipal 1016

Only fragments of this inscription survive. It mentions that something was not done without the gods' approval, and Ashurbanipal declares that he acted by command of the god Ashur, referencing weapons and enemies who were eating his — or their own — provisions, along with a mention of his troops. The rest of the text is broken, and the entire reverse side of the tablet is missing.
