(1) [If the moon] becomes visible [on the 1st day: reliable] speech; [the land will become happy]. (2) [If the day] reaches its normal le[ngth]: a reign of lo[ng] days. (4) This (refers to) the visibility of the 1st day. (5) If Adad thunders at the gate of the moon: there will be a fall of the army of Elam in battle; the possessions of its land will be collected into another land. (8) This (refers to) that Adad thunders when the moon is seen. (r 1) From Bulluṭu.
