(Beginning destroyed) (1) [whether NN] or his son (2) [against NN] or his sons (3) [... comes forward and seeks and institutes] a lawsuit [or litigation] (r 1) shall place [x minas of] silver and 10 minas (of gold) in the lap of [Aššur re]siding in Ešarra, shall place [x mina of silver] (and) one mina of p[ure] gold [in the lap of Ištar residing in] Nineveh, [and shall return the money tenfold] to its owners. (r 6) [He shall contest in his lawsuit] and not succeed. (Rest destroyed)
