(1) Seal of Zabinâ. (2) One mina of silver by the mina of Carchemish, first fruits of Ištar of Arbela belonging to Silim-Aššur, at his disposal. (blank seal space) (5) He shall pay 1 1/2 minas of silver in Adar (XII). (6) If he does not, it will increase by 2 shekels per mina each month. (8) Month Marchesvan (VIII), 29th day, eponym year of Kanunayu. (9) Witness Sin-šarru-uṣur, chariot driver. (r 1) Witness Abdunu, horse trainer of the king. (r 2) Witness Ahu-eriba, ditto. (r 3) Witness Aššur-na'id. (r 4) Witness Issar-šumu-iddina, scribe.
