(Beginning destroyed) (r 1) [Ever since the king of Urarṭu] came [...], the country has been in a state of alarm. He has taken the governor with him to Ṭuruš[pâ]; he has been discharged. (r 5) The deputy and the village manager have been discharged [as well]. The mighty of the land have been raging among themselves [...], saying: (r 9) "Why, [wh]en you [...], (r 10) [...] the overseer of [......]" (Rest destroyed)
